WET Live for host venues

Turn your event into a global digital event.

Apply to have WET cover your events: a WET Live event page, structured event data and — where you hold the rights — live coverage on WET. Each venue is assessed on its own, and nothing goes live until the rights are documented.

Free to apply. Sign in with your email to send the application.

At a glance

Who it is for
Stadiums, arenas, tracks, halls, fairgrounds and organizers who control their events’ media rights.
What WET provides
Coverage, an event page, event data and distribution across WET Live — agreed per venue.
What applying costs
Nothing. Any commercial terms are discussed during assessment.
Program status
Early. Applications are open to the first host venues; none are live on WET yet.

Where the program stands

Early program
WET Live has no host-venue partners yet. Coverage, distribution and any commercial terms are agreed venue by venue, and nothing on this page is a promise of audience or income.

Coverage

What WET coverage includes

Everything a covered event can get on WET Live. Items marked Planned are not built yet.
  • WET live coverage

Once your event is covered and its rights are documented, it can stream on WET Live beside its event data.

  • Distribution

Covered events are listed across WET Live — browse, categories, search and the home rails — wherever people look for live events.

  • Event pages

Each covered event gets its own WET page: schedule, location, status, coverage sources and news in one place.

  • Event data

Official scoring and timing sources you name are recorded on the event page as coverage sources, each labelled with its tier and verification level. The event’s status is set by WET’s operators.

  • Audience analytics (planned, not available yet)

Aggregate reporting on how your covered events are watched. WET does not measure audiences yet, so there is nothing to report today.

  • Market visibility

If a partner exchange independently lists a market on your event, WET shows it beside the coverage — every exchange on the same terms.

  • Content clips (planned, not available yet)

Highlights cut from covered broadcasts for event pages and sharing, within the rights you grant.

  • Archival footage (planned, not available yet)

With your permission, an archive of covered events for replay and reference after the day.

  • Potential monetization (planned, not available yet)

Revenue arrangements, such as sponsorship or licensing shares, are discussed during assessment. None is guaranteed.

Process

How it works

Five steps from application to a live event page — rights come before anything is published.
  1. Apply

One form: your organization, venue, events, current capabilities and who holds the rights.

  2. Assessment

If there is a fit, the WET team may reach out to look at your events, network and scoring or data systems.

  3. Coverage plan

Together you agree what coverage looks like: cameras, data feeds, event pages and schedule.

  4. Rights documented

Media and data rights are put in writing before anything is published. No stream goes live without them.

  5. Live on WET

Your event gets its WET Live page, with its coverage status and sources shown to every viewer.

Requirements

What a venue needs

  • Rights and authority

You own or control the media and data rights for the events you list, or can introduce WET to whoever does.

  • A network on site

A reliable internet connection at the venue. A dedicated uplink is best for live video; shared Wi-Fi is enough to start the conversation.

  • Official scoring or data

An official source of results — scoring, timing or judging — that WET can cite. Every source is named and levelled on the event page.

FAQ

Questions venues ask first

Does WET list markets on my event?

No. WET is not an exchange: it does not list, price or operate markets, take orders or hold funds. Regulated partner exchanges decide independently what they list. If one lists a market on your event, WET shows it next to the coverage, with every exchange on the same terms.

What rights does WET need?

The rights to stream, clip and archive the coverage you agree to, and to display your official results. The exact scope is agreed and documented per venue before anything goes live. You keep ownership of your event and its brand.

What does it cost?

Applying is free. Costs, and any revenue arrangements, are discussed during assessment — they depend on the coverage agreed and are never assumed in advance.

Do I need to install equipment?

Not to apply. Some venues may want WET-installed cameras or network equipment, and the application asks whether you would be interested. Nothing is installed without a separate agreement.

What happens after I apply?

You get a receipt with an application ID, and the application is recorded with your WET account. While you are signed in, the apply page shows the status WET has recorded. There is no review timeline or automatic follow-up yet; if there is a fit, the WET team may reach out.
